What the McPhail Group is all about

We are an independent, results-oriented educational consulting company providing services to institutions, organizations and individuals to assist clients in framing:

VISION, STRATEGY, AND OUTCOMES

We insist on institutional authorship and ownership of the project. We work directly with designated personnel to provide concepts, methodology, and the facilitation necessary to accomplish the tasks related to accomplishing the goals of the project. Through careful consultation with clients, we develop a written proposal for the engagement that includes specific timelines, competitive budget requirements and strategic deliverables. Our goal is to design our services to the unique needs of our clients.
